Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Virtual Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support founders and C-suite executives in fast-paced, high-growth organizations. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will serve as a strategic partner, helping executives stay focused on high-impact priorities while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and inbox communications.

Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and ensure seamless logistics.

Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.

Prioritize incoming requests and protect executive focus and productivity.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Create, document, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.

Support project coordination and track deliverables across teams.

Build and maintain systems that improve organizational efficiency.

Assist with research, data gathering, and executive decision-making support.

Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using modern tools and AI.

Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Perform additional executive support and business operations tasks as required.

Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
