Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in streamlining daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-through.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and record management.

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Manage emails, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.

Assist in tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing projects.

Coordinate with departments or clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation when required.

Coordinate event logistics and executive-related arrangements.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Maintain professionalism in all communications and business interactions.

Experience supporting senior management, founders, or executives is preferred.

Strong background in calendar management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience in operations, project coordination, or customer/client communication is an advantage.
